This 2023 oven, model C2-83-139TULEP480V45-60KW, is designed for continuous conveyor curing operations up to 200°C. It features 4.5” thick insulated walls, ceiling, and floor, with a CRS blue-painted exterior and an aluminized interior for durability and thermal efficiency. The conveyor is 42” wide, heavy-duty flatwire with steel support, and rated for 2,000 lb load. The system is fully controlled via AB PLC with HMI monitoring, including Watlow PM high-limit sensors for safety.

The oven has two independently controlled zones:

• Zone 1: 70–100°C ±3°C, 45 KW heat, 142” L x 42” W x 24” H heating section, 18,000 CFM recirculation fan.
• Zone 2: 100–150°C ±3°C, 60 KW heat, 237” L x 42” W x 24” H heating section, 23,000 CFM recirculation fan.

Additional features include:

• Adjustable inlet/outlet crank doors (max 21” open)
• Skid frame elevating conveyor to 36” from floor
• Conveyor speed: 1.25–3.5” per minute
